Who runs this site
Auto Fluid Oils is run by Eng. Kamrul Islam. I am an engineer by training (B.Sc. in Textile Engineering), and I have more than 10 years of experience researching, comparing and selling products on Amazon. I run my own brand on Amazon Australia and have hands-on experience with Amazon FBA, which means I have worked on the seller side: sourcing products, checking manufacturers and origins, reading thousands of customer reviews, and seeing why some products get returned and others do not.
How we review products
I want to be clear about our method. We do not test every oil in our own garage or workshop. Our reviews are research-based. For each product we look at:
- Specifications and standards – viscosity grade, API/SAE/ISO classifications and OEM approvals, and whether they actually match the use the product is sold for.
- Verified customer reviews – not just the star rating, but repeated patterns in real owners’ feedback: leaks, noise, shifting problems, packaging damage, or long-term satisfaction.
- Brand and seller – who makes the product, who sells it, where it comes from, and whether the listing looks trustworthy.
- Value – what you get for the price compared with similar products.
We then recommend only the products that hold up across these checks, and we explain who each product is best for.
